Take a few egg whites and moisten a cotton towel, then wrap it around the feet. The temperature should start to decrease almost immediately.
Here are some interesting ways of dealing with increased body temperature:
1. Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil, heat the mixture and rub the feet, then wrap them with household foil.
2. When you have fever, soak 25-30 raisins in half a glass of water, mash the raisins in order to get a homogeneous mixture. Then add the juice of half a lemon. Drink the mixture 2 times a day.
