Ingredients
  1. Lemons - 6
  2. Boiled water (cooled) - 500 ml
  3. Ginger - 1 inch piece
  4. Mint leaves - 4-5
  5. Garlic cloves - 4
  6. Flax oil - 3 table spoons
  7. Cumin
  8. Grapefruits - 3
Preparation method

1. Squeeze lemons and grapefruits and mix

 

 

2. Cut the ginger and garlic finely and let them soak in water

 

 

3. Then, in a blender, add the juice of lemons and grapefruits, mint leaves, flax seed, cumin and soaked garlic and ginger and blend.
