Implementation of this yoga pose
Stand on your hands and knees, place your palms under your shoulders and your knees under the seat with a slight distance;
Relax your chin down and pull your spine up;
Relax the waist, relax your spine, look up and breathe; Repeat as releasing the chin down and bring it to the neck and your spine stands full up, exhale and relax back.
Do 10 repetitions, 10 inhales and 10 exhalations. Perform the pose slowly and concentrate on the moves.
